Clubhouse hire and pricing
Hire charges are outlined in the following table (members are entitled to a 50% discount on these charges, except for weddings)

Assistance with caterers and entertainment can be provided for all functions. If you have different requirements from the above, then contact our bar manager to discuss your requirements.
Please note:
A deposit of £100 is payable in advance for all functions. This will be refunded provided there are no damages and the clubhouse and galley are left clean and tidy after the event.
Ad hoc events during normal opening hours which are sailing-related meetings or organised by registered charitable bodies are free of charge.
No bookings on a Tuesday during sailing season or during youth week
When hiring the clubhouse all drinks must be bought from the club bar unless corkage has been arranged in advance, with the exception of soft drinks for children's parties
Timings for hires (a late licence may be available)
Evening function typically 7pm till midnight
Afternoon function typically 1pm till 6pm
All day function 1pm till midnight
Children's parties typically 2 hours
