I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of the RYA, appropriate Class rules and the Sailing Instructions. In particular I have read paragraph 23 of the Notice of Race (£3miilion third party insurance) and confirm that I agree to its provisions and that my boat will conform to its requirements throughout the regatta.

Please be aware that the food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens are taken, cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond the reasonable control of the caterers may alter the formulations of the food served, or manufacturers may change their formulations.
